Reports are ready 10 hours after the sample reaches the lab. Special tests and microbiology take 72 hours; a blood culture and sensitivity takes 5 days from the start of processing.

When to come
For fasting tests, arrive between 7:00 and 9:00am after 10–12 hours without food. Water is fine. Take your regular medicines unless your doctor said otherwise.
What to bring
Your prescription if you have one, a photo ID, and any earlier reports for the same test so we can compare. That's it.
Getting your report
PDF on WhatsApp and email, usually within 10 hours for routine panels. Printed copies are free at the counter for 30 days after.
