Do I need to fast before my test?
For lipid profile, fasting blood sugar and most full-body packages, yes — 10 to 12 hours, water allowed. Thyroid, CBC and vitamin tests need no fasting. When you book on WhatsApp we send the exact instruction for your panel.
Is home collection really free?
Free on any booking above ₹500 within our service area in North and West Delhi. Below that, a ₹150 visit charge applies. We confirm the charge before the phlebotomist leaves.
How fast will I get the report?
Routine reports are ready 10 hours after the sample reaches the lab. Special tests and microbiology take 72 hours, and a blood culture and sensitivity takes 5 days from the start of sample processing. Every report goes to WhatsApp and email as a PDF.
Can I get the test without a prescription?
Yes for routine screening panels and health packages. A few tests — cultures, hormone assays and anything involving a biopsy — need a doctor's prescription. If you don't have one, our consultant can see you at the centre.
Do you accept cashless insurance or TPA?
We work with most major TPAs for in-centre diagnostics. Send us your policy details on WhatsApp before your visit and we'll confirm coverage and pre-authorisation in advance.
